Extreme Hardship Waiver Immigration Evaluations
(I-601 and I-601 A)
This evaluation helps demonstrate the emotional, psychological, and relational impact of deportation or denial of legal status would have on a qualifying U.S citizen or lawful permanent resident (usually a spouse, parent, or child). I work with clients to clearly document the mental health hardships that separation or relocation would cause, supporting your case with compassion and clinical expertise.
U Visa and T Visa
These evaluations support individuals who have survived serious crimes or human trafficking and are seeking legal protection in the U.S. Whether you are applying for a U Visa as a victim of a qualifying crime who has cooperated with law enforcement, or a T Visa as a survivor of trafficking, I offer a compassionate, trauma informed space to document the emotional and psychological impact of your experiences. Together, we will create a thorough clinical report that honors your strength and supports your truth.

Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Evaluations
VAWA mental health evaluations document the emotional and psychological impact of abuse for individuals seeking immigration relief under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). These evaluations are designed to document various forms of abuse - whether physical, emotional, verbal, sexual or financial. Each report is written with clarity, compassion and precision, tailored to meet the evidentiary standards of immigration courts.
Asylum Evaluations
These evaluations are written for individuals seeking asylum in the U.S. In the report, I document the emotional and psychological impact of past persecution, violence or threats in one's county of origin. My reports are written with cultural sensitivity and clinical depth, designed to support legal cases and help clients to feel seen, safe, and affirmed during a vulnerable chapter of their lives.
